PC Build 2014? Budget $4000 more or less.?

Hello,

Thinking about building my own gaming pc next year, (you see im not a pc enthusiast, but could you also tell me a great site for asking pc related questions?).

Budget: $4000+/-

Any idea on getting the best build for my budget, i'd love to use i7 (4k, bluray, but gaming in mind )

Using new GPUs CPUs, etc that you know coming next year that'd be great.

I don't really mind using AMD or Nvidia as long as any that has better performance then i'm good.

    With that kind of budget you shouldnt have an issue going with a 4930k, 8-16gb of 1600-2400 ram and 2 780ti.

    but in all honesty we have no idea whats coming next year so we cant really say, thats what I would buy though
