Protection for "the twins" on my motorcycle?
Have you ever braked hard,or changed down a gear at too higher revs, not braced and slid your "two veg" into the tank?
Well, I have and it hurts, my tank has a protector but my balls don't. Is there any protection I could use? Do you use any?
I thought about a cricket box, but due to the angle of my body it may not be comfortable
Thank you

Wait until you have a head-on on a trail bike with a protruding fuel cap, they might not look sharp but a scrotum is fairly easy to rip as you slide up the seat towards the handlebars. From the resulting mess you can see why they are called plums.
Fit some stomp grips to the fuel tank and grip with your knees/thighs.

Like Bears Face said, Time to start using your knees and thighs to grip the tank with. I am guessing that you are riding a sport bike eh? Look up some pro riding tips on youtube about riding these bikes in general. If you don't use your legs, you will crash the bike if you dip too low in a corner. Your knees and legs are your stability on any bike.

Here in the states we call it a cup for protection in the area your talking about. No I don't use one. Learn how to ride a little better. When I rode dirt (Offroad) bikes I didn't use one either. And on dirt if I didn't have at least one crash a day, I wasn't riding to my potential. And on dirt I always wore other protective gear. I've also gone down several times on the street. And actually hit a deer one time.

Sure, used to do it on occasion when I was learning to dirt-bike.
You could wear a cup (guessing that is what a 'cricket box 'is) but that just doesn't sound practical so I'll suggest you learn from your mistakes and watch your braking and shifting more carefully.or get a custom 'helmet' made.

might help just changing the type of underwear. I heard about one guy you wore boxer shorts and instead of slidding intoi the back of the tank, slid up on top of the tank, and on his jouney forwards, the fuel filler cap (which was protruding instead of flush fitting) ripped his testicles off. RIPPED HIS TESTICLES OFF.

cricket box . a racer once hit the tank so hard an outline of his testicles were visible in the tank ouch

Hi Simon been there also. yes it was painful time to learn how to grip with your knees on the tank as we used back in the 1960's.
this did reduce the possibility of crush nuts.
which was further reduced by a different tank design.
so time learn to grip with the knees sunshine.
i see you have the dozy tart answer as most just don't get it.
as always you get the dumb and the stupid answers.
