what is the deal with xbox 360 hard drives?

i need to get one so my BF4 will work. i found a good one. i just want to know if im going to have to open up my Xbox to add memory or if i can keep the thing closed.

    All Xbox 360 systems have space for a hard drive to be added, and you don't have to take the system apart to add them, though will have to get a hard drive made for your model for it to fit. All of the older Xbox 360 models had hard drives that clipped onto the side of the system and remained outside of the system. The two newest models (the angular Slim and the boxy E models) have smaller hard drives that fit into a hard drive bay in the system, and mostly sit flush with the system or are even covered up by a small cover panel to hide the hard drive.

    Probably going to have to open it up, just look up a vid on youtube and you'll be good to go. Tons of them out there.
