What would have to happen for congress to work with Obama?

He could propose a balance budget.... (hahahahahahahaahahahahaha)

The economy would have recovered faster. There would have been a universal health care clause in Obamacare and they could have spent more time working on the web site rather than spending a year fighting off the endless attempts to defund the program before it even started. Congress wouldn't be trying to derail the Iranian nuclear deal. The Brady Bill would still be intact and there wouldn't be a school full of dead children. bush's tax cuts would have expired and the budget would be improving.

And so forth.

Vote out the PPACA law with an appeal. To pass bills to remove our military out of Afghanistan within the next two weeks, and to start working on how we can truly resolve our economic issues without creating more inflationary problems.

But Obama is more willing to work with UNIONS and lobbyists than he is with the Congress .

My current Hometown of Phoenix- to Freeze over ! And with Global Warming setting In, I don't See that Happening- any time Soon. :(

I think he would have to renounce his Anticolonialist doctrine and work to strengthen, not weaken the US on the world stage. There's still time to be good.
