What does the blinking tire light mean on an 07 Toyota Camry?
Steady light means check tire inflation. Blinking says in the owners manual to see a Toyota dealer.
Any idea what I am looking at repair wise???

The blinking light means that there is a problem with the tire monitoring system. The manual says to take it to a dealer, but the dealer is not the only one who can do the repairs. Toyota wants you to spend your money (and pay more) at their dealership so they can make money on parts sales.
Most likely it is a total failure of one tire sensor. A good shop can scan your system and tell you what you need.
A tire sensor should cost about $30 (and $150 at the dealer) and installing it would be another $30 or so, because the tire has to be partially dismounted and rebalanced.

BEFORE , going to the dealer, try a DIY check of the system.
1.) Take a look at ALL 4 valve stems to make sure there has not been any damage to any of the stems.
2.) Check the tire pressure is even in all 4 wheels ( add if necessary )
3.) With the car parked , "engine off" , turn the key to the ON position.
4.) Located the reset switch directly below the STEERING WHEEL, on the bottom of dash, facing the floor.
5.) With Key ON , While watching the indicator light, press & hold the switch.
The light will blink 3 times slowly.
The system is now reset to normal running mode.
If the light comes back on , then have the system checked by a qualified technician.

It usually means one of the tire pressure monitors has failed. They have a built in battery (not replaceable) that typically lasts about five years.
I just put new tires and rims on my Taco(ma) and had to buy all new TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors). They cost me about $61 each at Les Schwabb Tire & Brake shop.
They do free inspections, and if you have them in your neighborhood I'd suggest stopping by and asking them for their opinion. The worst that can happen is they may say you PROBABLY need new sensors. But they may be able to test and determine which one has failed.
Keep in mind that replacing just one at a time will cost you more than if you got them all done at the same time. It's also likely that after one fails the others won't be far behind. All new is the better way to go.
Of course, you don't HAVE to change them. You COULD just live with the light on and keep an eye on your tire pressure like my dad and I did all those years before TPMS was invented.
Hope this helps.
Happy Holidays.

Usually means either tire pressure sensor is showing a change in the air pressure or a fault with the tire sensor. All carlines sort of do it differently. I know on the Japanese brands like Subaru, they make it flash to get your attention.
Most of the times its low air pressure usually common during this time of the season where the temperature drops really low will cause the air pressure in the tires to drop as well. your car wasn't designed to compensate for air drop during cold months, it was only designed to let you know the drop in air pressure only. I would have the air pressures checked. If all are about the same, just add air according to the label on your door jamb. If one is way off, more than likely a nail in the tire

Ask a Toyota dealer. It needs to be DIAGNOSED. That is why they tell you to take it in.
