What is the name of the feel-good shivering, relaxing recovery symptoms following illness?

I've experienced it many times after being ill, and it is such a lovely relaxing feeling of bliss, especially when you are going to bed. It seems to be a time where your body is least stressed and finds it incredibly easy to relax and sleep. I have never read about this or heard anyone speak about it, but just experienced it on rare occasions. You just curl up with a lovely shivery feel in your body, and go to sleep. Thanks.

Do some research on the vagus nerve that extends from the head down the trunk of the body. Don't know the name for the feeling, but have felt it when stressful events have just concluded and rest is imminent.
