What kind of space heater is safe for cats and dogs not to knock over or burn themselves?

I have one from walmart for my dogs dog house and it's medium sized but it's VERY powerful, the frame of it tho doesn't get hot at all, i've touched it after its been running all day and it's just a warm temp, but not even as hot as the room. As well if it's knocked over it auto turns off which is nice so there's less concern of a fire. I can't remember the brand or name of it. But I did get it at walmart and it was decently priced, like 30 or 40$ I think. And it's lasted a good while outside so it's a decent quality.

One that shuts off when knocked over, most won't burn a dog or cat.
