I am thinking of coming back to India, I am in Abu Dhabi now. Is Hyderabad as good as Mumbai, Pune? Can water in Hyderabad cause hair loss just like Bangalore water ?

hyderabad comparatively , a southern city (slightly conservative )
if you love a peaceful city , then you can blindly go for hyderabad , and if you opt for a nightlife /fastlife , then hyderabad is not your cup of tea ,
one more advantage with hyd is that it is cheaper compared to other places like mumbai/pune / bangaluru ., so you can enjoy your life and still save some money
regarding hairfall due to water conditions, no metro city is safe , but hyderabad is safe to some extent (not as bad as b'loru)

Mumbai and Pune are good cities compare with Hyderabad. if you stay in hyderabad, you can get hair loss problem.
