Hi I have been working out for quite a while now. I have been using WHEY for past 8-10 months. Now I am thinking about using Creatine but I worry if it would affect my kidneys. So wanted ask someone who has done Creatine before.

I am a guy, 31 yrs old, living in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I use minoxidil rogaine (5%) and vitamins for hair. But I am worried about people saying pipe water in UAE is not good for hair. I even tried using bottled drinking water for washing hair. But the fact is bottled drinking water is also treated sea water. I don't want to consult a dermatologist or hair specialist because the way I look at it is they all mean business. They wont give honest advice because of fear of losing clients as people will move out of the country or lose faith in their medication. I don't mind coming back to my home country India if it helps prevent hair loss. What should I do ? Come back to India ?
