Whey or Caesin ?

I am cutting and planning to take protein shakes in between meals. Is Caesin beneficial between meals or Whey can do the same job?

Right now I take :-

1> Whey 1st thing in the morning or 2 hours after breakfast

2> Whey post workout

3> Whey before going to bed

Should #1 and #3 be replaced by Caesin or this current plan is good to go ?

    That sounds good. Casein is slow digesting protein. People have casein usualy at night. I have tried it and didn't see a huge benefit over whey before bed. Also my whey protein is about half the price of casein. Also, I did not like the health effects I read about casein so I no longer take the supplement. I do have casein in some foods I eat though.
