There are so many ways to remove acne/acne scars. There are a lot of creams or medicines/products etc. But it will take long time to remove it. So my suggestion is take laser treatment. Laser Treatment is effective in removing those marks. It is safe and most effective process.

I assume by holes you are referring to 'ice pick' scars from acne. Sometimes, they fade with time. But, to be sure your best bet would be to see a dermatologist and inquire about dermabrasion or other treatments to smooth the skin out. This would also most likely remove the black marks you refer to. Good luck.

dark marks, bleaching cream. Ambi is a good one. Takes a few weeks to fade completely.
