Salad cream (also known a Miracle Whip in the U.S.) is basically mayonnaise with some added sugar for a touch of sweetness. Tartar sauce is traditionally made with chopped pickled capers and occasionally some herbs (such as dill and/or parsley, or others, depending on the recipe) mixed into mayonnaise (nowadays, most cheaper commercially-made versions used chopped pickled cucumbers instead of capers). So-called "Thousand Island" dressing (also known as "Russian dressing"), which is basically a cheap, commercially prepared Remoulade sauce, and is mayonnaise with chopped capers (or pickles), chopped shallots (or chopped onions), herbs, plus paprika for color (sometimes a small amount of tomato paste is also added for color, but paprika is essential for both color and flavor). This is also what McDonald's "secret" Big Mac sauce is.

Aioli is basically mayonnaise with some raw minced garlic added.

Salad cream has a sweeter taste than mayonnaise and tartar sauce has ground pickles and other spices in it...
