Cat likes to drink cereal milk .?

My cats usually drink only water, but on occasion when I pour a bowl of cereal one of them likes to drink out of the dish ... she won't drink milk in a saucer, but likes it with the cereal bowl. I find it funny ... just wondering if there is any method to this. Just wanted to get other's take on this.

Mine not only like the milk from the cereal but also want the actual cereal. They come running and will even try to take from the bowl while I eat. There is no type of cereal they will not eat (I give them a piece or two). Beyond that I can't even keep a glass of milk on the table while I prepare a meal as they want to climb up and drink out of the glass. They love the cat milk from the store on the rare time I buy it but they love the cows milk also - not recommended a lot since it can cause diarrhea.

The cereal gives it a very sweet taste depending on what type of cereal you use. Even if you just pour milk in a bowl like you use ur cat will think it's like the milk you drink and think it will taste like the cereal. There's nothing wrong with it but there isn't really any point to it. It's Luke giving ur cat a treat

  • She mostly likes it because it's your breakfast and she enjoys stealing it from you: Daisy is the exact same. Milk isn't good for cats though: the lactose in milk gives them diarrhea so try getting some goats milk instead. You can get ceramic feeding bowls for cats. I put out prawns for my cats now and then and despite the fact that I only keep back a few for myself, my plate will be their first port of call.

if I give my cats milk, they will rarely touch it. BUT if I have a bowl of cereal with milk, they both want their share, and want it immediately. so I either give them a little bowl each or give them mine when its half finished. if I offered it to them without eating it myself they would hardly take any notice, but the moment I want it. THEY WANT IT. same with ice cream. I sometimes go through the routine with no intention of having any myself, and they always do the same, . half of it is my fault entirely, solely because I absolutely love spoiling them
