Does the groin kick use the instep or ball of the foot in JKD?

    Instep, ball, same, same. The only difference in techniques is if it works or if it doesn't. ...since you are a Bruce Lee fan.

    Jeet Kune do is not a style so it has no list of techniques. It is a philosophy that is meant to be used to guide your training using what ever techniques work for you.

    Bruce Lee stated many times that JKD was not a style. Yet no one seems to believe him they would rather believe the crap others say about JKD. But those people are the people that have used JKD to make them money.
