Should I play GTA V or Skyrim?
I'm really bored and can't decide which to play...

Being bored means having too many choices and not deciding on one.
Skyrim is the choice. GTA: V is too much movie and not enough play (much like GTA IV). I've sat down to play Skyrim for an hour and when I've stopped found I've spent four or five hours (10 hours is common.) GTA: V is just moving around and watching a cut-scene, do something for a minute or three and back to moving around again. Now, that is not interesting (or absorbing) at all.

If you like RPG games then Skyrim would be a game for you.
