When it says total on amazon does that mean I haven't paid it?
Ok, so on Amazon I ordered some stuff using gift cards that I had gotten for Christmas. After it said my total was zero on the invoice, and I thought nothing of it. After I bought something else using one of those debit cards that you can use that are like gift cards, and it said the total was $15.56 on the invoice. Does that mean that the card didn't go through or is it fine?

The one with the Zero balance has already shipped. Meaning they took the money and you don't owe any longer. Amazon usually charges the cards AFTER an item has shipped.
The one that still has a balance on it has not yet shipped out so you haven't been charged for it yet.
Be careful to wait until that one gets shipped before you think you still have that money available and buy something else.
Cards are charged AFTER the item ships.

It may mean that $15.56 was charged to that card. If you use gift cards for amazing only and you charge it to those cards amazon will automatically remove the amount from the card and the total will be zero but if it is not an amazon card then it will tell you the amount charged to the card.
