How to calculate glycemic load?
Hello,
I would like to calculate the glycemic load of this dish for 1 person:
50 g of noodle and 100 g of chicken breast
Glycemic load for noodle is 16.03 and the chicken 0.
Is 16.03 the total GL, as we know that chicken lowers the glycemic load.
So how do you evaluate it? Should be done in proportion to the weight of the chicken, and then it is 5.3?
Thank you.

Multiply the glycemic index by grams of carbohydrates and divide by 100.
