Laptop HDMI port broken, are there USB to HDMI converters out there for Laptops?

Hey, my Laptop HDMI port has broke down and I don't really feel like replacing entire motherboard for it. I used Laptop primary as the storage device and streaming movies to TV via HDMI. Are there exist USB to HDMI converters or that's simply not possible?

I know I could connect VGA cable to TV, but the quality is really crap and nothing in comparison to HDMI. Not to mention I wish to use TV speakers too.

Im sorry but USB to HDMI will not work USB was made to send information not video you could install software to make a USB to HDMI work but the GPU would be overworking itself and your laptop would overheat and die . There is an application called vnc that would allow you to send video over the internet to other networked devices . But I believe VGA is your best option
