What is England and Scotland's weather like in February?
I need to know what to pack with me for my trip and I have no idea!

It's almost always cold at that time of year, February is usually the coldest month. Although it might be dry it's just as likely to be raining or snowing, windy too. Bring appropriate clothing for that sort of weather.
If you're going to be near the coast then an umbrella might be a bit useless, when it rains near the coast it usually gets too windy for them.
Scotland's climate varies depending on where you are. In the highlands it's more likely to rain on the west, and more likely to be clear or snowing on the east, and usually colder too.

February is often the worst month.
You could suffer blizzards on the high ground in scotland and cold wet weather in the south of England.
Bring layers and a waterproof jacket.

Awful!
The worst you will get, the - entire - year is during February.
Severe gales, dark early, heavy freezing rain, cloudy with barely any sunshine the entire month. March isn't much better, with strong winds and gales during the first half of the month. It usually breaks by April.

Very cold. As others have said, almost every year february is freezing. There is a good chance of snow. definitely ice and then whether we have rain or sun the rest of the time is a suprise.

Definitely wet and cold without doubt ............ depends on where in England and Scotland......... in some of Scotland you will not get there as the roads will be closed and gated because of heavy snow...........

It will most likely be snowing so I would pack warm things like jumpers, scarves, hats etc. You should also pack water proof clothes just in case of rain.

Yep, freezing cold, wet, and windy. Forget umbrellas, they are quite often useless. Layers (remember once your inside it will be very warm!), waterproofs, good shoes and a hat, scarf and gloves are all essential.
