That's about the dumbest thing you can do to your car, seriously. Why would you cut up a perfectly good car just to try to convert it from 4 doors to 2? It would cost you more than what the car will ever be worth, and good luck selling it to someone especially once it's found out that you chopped up the car.

You want a 2 door, BUY a 2 door.

You have to lengthen the front doors and shorten the rear doors and weld the rear door. Of course yoy have to accomodate. the door glasses as well.

It is not easy and takes a lot of cost. Better to trade off with the original honda civic two doors.

Easiest way would be to trade your Honda for the model you want. I've never heard of making a sedan a coupe, but trading would probably be the best option.
