Looking for any movie maker suggestions, I've finally given up on the crappy Windows Movie Maker - mainly cause I just can't get it to open .MOV files.

Just looking for a good/reputable site to buy a manual transmission from for a 1990 Chevrolet Camaro RS V8 LO3 motor.

We will putting the transmission in ourselves so please do not recommend a mechanic or local shop.

I bought a car and ended up dropping the alarms remote and it broke. I tried buying a replacement remote but the alarm just refuses to go into program/learn mode so the new remote is basically useless. I don't know what model the alarm is exactly but it is an Automate alarm from Directed Electronics. I was wonder, if I went out and bought a basic Viper alarm (also from Directed Electronics) would it be possible to just switch out the alarm brains and use the wires that are already installed from the previous alarm? Reason I ask is they're both from the same company just one is called Automate and the other Viper.

I'm trying to program a new remote into my car alarm after the old one broke. But the alarm seems to not want to go into program mode and the instructions suggest that if the car alarm doesn't go into learn/program mode their could be a "Jumper" installed in it that prevents the alarm from learning codes from new remotes, can anyone explain what that is and/or how to remove it?

So I broke my cars *aftermarket* alarm systems remote and have no idea where to begin with replacing the remote since the last owner was the one to get it installed.

For anyone who had a similar issue:

What did you do to replace it?

Can you recommend any websites/stores that may be able to replace my remote?

Please don't recommend the dealership. this is an aftermarket alarm system so they are no help.

I'm looking into getting new spark plugs within a few weeks and saw ads for Pulstar Spark Plugs in a few Popular Mechanics magazines and thought I'd give them a try.

I'm mostly looking for opinions from those who have actually used these plugs themselves or had a close friend use them.

I'm told it can be soothing but then I've also been told it can make your throat worse, and I don't want it to get any worse. I want something cold to eat and maybe Popsicles would be a better choice than ice cream?

Since thursday I've had a sore throat and cant eat or drink because the pain is so bad. I cant even drink water without getting this horrible pain in my throat and occasionally this pain that seems to spread to my ears when i try to drink something. I'm practically living off cough drops and the vicks chloraseptic throat spray. my doctor gave me Ibuprofen and zithromax. I need help finding foods and stuff to drink, i want to eat but I can't because of the pain.

I had Windows XP and upgraded to Windows Vista (32 bit) after a trojan had infected my computer. There's a lot of drivers I need to update now and the one I'm mostly concerned about is my Video Card driver, I just have the standard video card that came with my computer since I like the older games, so it's not a big brand name card and the driver is ridiculously hard to find.

Each site of course, typically claims its free blah blah blah, allows me to scan my computer then wants me to pay $30 just to update all the drives. Is that really worth it? There's got to be an easier way to get my driver updates...

$30 is ridiculous.....

I really need some recommendations on this, I just want to get my video card driver updated so I can get back to the video games but at this rate it looks like I may just buy a freakin $200 Video Card.

So I had a Trojan that would cause my computer to constantly restart on power up and I took it to my cousin to get fixed. He said that the only way to remove the virus was to wipe everything off my computer. So he did, and installed Windows Vista (I had XP before). Before all this I had whatever video card that came with my computer installed and was able to play video games just fine. Now after the virus was removed my computer acts like there is no video card or like it's not installed/can't find it.

When I try to start up any game I get this error:

For me it was when I was 14, my family was driving home on the freeway and some truck blew a tire. He slammed into the center divider, flipped, and this big metal cage that was in the back of his truck flew right over our truck barely missing and almost hit the car behind us. No one was hurt to bad but that guys truck was totaled.

The question on the application is, "What kind of job are you looking for?" So basically I have 3 choices

They are: Temporary, Regular, and Either

I plan on having this job for at least a year, the remainder of High School up until I join the military, so which of those 3 would be the best choice?

I'm going into my last year of high school and looking for jobs right now and I've heard that it may be better to put references down like teachers, neighbors, family friends, basically adults rather than my "young" friends. So I was just wondering who everyone else puts down as references. My friends know me a lot better than others but adults would be a bit more honest, which should I choose?

So do they work as well as they're advertised? I've been up all night and I know I'll end up falling asleep at class. I heard they work well and can keep people up all night, mostly I've just heard of people getting really fast heart beats and...blushing??? Is there any danger/side effects using the drink compared to getting a Monster or Red Bull?

I'm using the latest version of Firefox, I have a fast internet connection, and I have a fast computer but on some websites I can't view some pictures and its really annoying especially when I'm trying to view the pictures as guides so I know what to do while working on my car.

Is there some kind of software I need?

Bare with me, I don't know much about computers but what I do know is that my computer is up to date on the latest software.
