Question about my Windows 8 laptop?
Apparently I connect and disconnect my laptop to a power source too often, so my laptop recommended that I enable an option that states as follows:
Use this mode to protect your battery from frequent charge and discharge cycles. Battery will only charge between 88% and 100%.
I'm not going to sugar coat anything; I don't understand what the last sentence is trying to say.
Will someone please explain this to me?

It basically means that you should wait until it reaches 100% charge before removing it from a power source
