The NHS is not a international service and its's being abused?
Time to stop people abusing the system..that goes for people in the UK and those who come from aboard for free healthcare...
They shouldn't be allowed to travel to the UK without medical insurance, If they don't have it they should be allowed to fly, IF they are, Once they get into the UK then they should be turned away at customs...

The whole point is hospitals ARE NOT billing them, they seems to think its racist to do so which is rubbish, the NHS trusts need to get some balls ??

Why not? They still get billed if they require medical treatment and don't have insurance, just the same as we would if we required medical treatment in Canada and didn't have insurance. The only attacks on the NHS are coming from the ConDems and people like you as part of your 'War on the Poor'.
