A bunch of scientists way down south stopped their ship to take a lunch break or something and within two hours the boat was frozen in place and three days later ice built up to ten feet thick and ten miles out and it's summer time there.

Failure on many levels. Hilarious on many levels also.
The responses are classic too. Their buttons are so easy to push.

The AGW cultists will claim this has nothing to do with AGW considering the fact that those are AGW cultists down there trying to create more propaganda to push AGW theory. What a spectacular failure that is and how amusing is it to watch. Any intellectually honest person involved in this AGW stunt would be humiliated but AGW cultists aren't intellectually honest and they will somehow blame this unforeseen consequence on humanity too.
Be prepared to se the headline, "AGW Causes Unnatural Sea Ice Buildup That Stranded 2 Ships in the Antarctic" in the near future.

As Bill Maher smartly pointed out on his show, saying that there is no global warming because it's cold sometimes "is like saying the sun doesn't exist because it got dark yesterday."

It is just another example in many where a bunch of political hacks were looking to take a picture of some melting ice, etc. or to meet with like minded nitwits, and got clobbered by bad weather. I can't count the times their global warming conferences or Arctic expeditions was cancelled due to bad weather. It must be some sort of cosmic justice.
