How do you tie Sperry's?
I recently got a pair. Mine have like regular laces in them. But, they don't stay tied. I don't want them looking stupid either.

You need the surgeons bow.
There are several ways to tie it, which you will find http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/secureknot.htm and http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/surgeonknot.htm
They do have different names, but the final knot is the same. It looks like a normal knot but does not come undone.
I have used it on work boots, which with the normal knot would come undone within the hour, less if not tied with precision. With those knots they would stay in all day and I would have to pull it out at the end of the 8 hour shift, or after 16 hours if wearing the boots to home.
