Unfortunately I would have to leave a few guys that I think are talented off the show, like Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston, The Miz Prime Time Players and Kane, but the WWE roster is simply WAY too crowded to have everyone on, especially when you have jobbers like 3MB, Santino, Zack Ryder, Los Matadores, Brodus Clay and Tensai/Sweet T

Yeah I think it's pretty solid, although Punk and Cena has been done before it'd still be a solid main event. The big money matches there would be Bryan versus HBK and Taker versus Lesnar.
I'd personally make Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns as a one-on-one match and have Seth Rollins either as an outside enforcer or guest referee so he's there as a wild card, rather than a triple threat match.
Also unsure about the ladder match, but otherwise I'd definitely watch this show.
