how to keep weight off and succeed in dieting ?

so i got my retainer on sunday and it really hurts and i have to keep it in and i ant eat with it in and even if i do take it out my teeth still hurt way too much to eat so ever sine sunday ive been on like an all liquid diet. ive been having yogurt and chocolate milk and water and ive been on this diet for 3 or 4 days and ive been losing about 1 pound a day but soon im gonna be able to eat again and im scared i will gain weight so how can i not gain that weight back ??

so my new years resolution in to eat healthier andhopefull lose weight, i know people dont usually succeed but i am more than determined to lose weight so starting today, no more sugar or fattening foods so how can i be successful in this new diet ??

    I tell everyone this because it's true but dieting ONLY works if you stay on them FOREVER. Which is not something you would want I'm guessing. So try making some healthy lifestyle changes instead to lose the weight. Also you have to be patient weight loss is not going to happen as fast as these fad diets you see on tv promise they will.
