How to make my car more comfortable?
Hi,
I'm working in petrochemical company which make my travel every day around 150km.
My car is Hyundai Elantra 2007, and I have back pain, my doctor said: you must drive comfortable car!
So what should I do to make my car more comfortable?
Is there's any brand or model of suspension or tires, wheels make it comfortable?!
note: the current suspension and tires is the original one of the factory.
I already try seat pillows and seat massager, but still !

Tires are not going to make that much difference in the comfort of the ride. You may want to look into replacing the front struts and rear shocks, and upgrading to gas charged ones. This will give you somewhat of a smoother ride.
You may also consider having your seat modified or replaced with one that is more comfortable and fits your body better. Changing the angle of the seat base, back or both may help.

Yes, replacing your stock Kumho tires will make a world of difference in ride comfort. Are you sure you have 14 inch diameter tires on your '07 Elantra SE? The original equipment size for that trim level was 205/55-16. The '07 Elantra simply did not come stock with a 14 inch tire and rim combo. Double check, please. If so, consider the Continental PureContact with EcoPlus Technology, Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus, or Goodyear Assurance ComforTred Touring for your best ride. The Goodyear would be the best tire for overall comfort.

There are three 2007 Hyundai Elantra models, which one do you have? They all have different tire sizes.

It is not your suspension. It is the seat. Those bucket seats were designed for race car drivers not for the regular guy. Buy one of those "seat pillows" that they sell in car parts stores. It works as advertised.
