Asda mobile network change number transfer wheres my number gone ?
Asda is changing networks and i asked to transfer my number from the old sim card to the new one,
its been a few days now but the old sim isnt working and if i ring my number I just get an engaged tone.
Is that normal with the transfer process ?
(Have waited over half an hour for asda to answer the phone)

you could try contacting EE, the new network asda is using but i reckon youve lost your number, there was a problem with asda porting requested numbers to EE and its looking like the data has been lost. my dad had the same problem and neither EE or asda could resolve it, best bet is to just go for a new sim
