i am a postman who suffers severe lower leg pain. do any other postmen suffer from the same?
as a postman i carry heavy weights over long distances and as a result my lower legs (calves) are now in almost constant pain. i have recently noticed that my calfs now twitch and spasm constantly. do any other postmen/women suffer from the same problem? and if so what is the best course of action to allieviate the pain?

the cd player accepts the disc no probs but it wont play it, the disc will not even spin other than that the player works fine. please please can someone help. i only bought the damned thing a little over three months ago and i've lost the receipt so i cant even take it back to the shop
