Moosewood cookbook Lentil salad?
My roommate used to make a lentil salad from the Moosewood Cookbook. She moved out and I'm no longer in touch. I purchased a Moosewood Cookbook, published 1977, and the recipe is not there. Can anyone tell me which edition it is in so I can get one?

1 cup dry lentils
1 cup dry bulgur wheat
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp mint
2 tbsp dill
1/4 cup parsley
1/3 cup red onion
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
1 cup feta cheese
Recipe Directions
Cook lentils in 2 cups water for 25 minutes, allowing them to simmer without disturbing them.
Drain lentils, then transfer to large bowl.
While lentils are cooking, place bulgur in small bowl. Add one cup boiling water, cover with a plate, and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add everything to the lentils except tomato chunks. Mix gently but thoroughly.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
Just before serving, top with tomato chunks.
