I need a simple press down tool to bend and form art?

Do you know if there is a form or template tool to bend a box shape out of license plates or sheet metal? I'm trying to create bird feeders, train cars, flower box', etc. I need a simple press down tool to bend and form art. Do you know where I can get schematics/plans? All ideas are welcome, Thanks...

You need what is known as a sheet metal brake. You can buy inexpensive ones online that should meet your light-duty needs.

You should look for a small sheet metal hand break.  Try someplace like Harbor Freight for it.
