can i run halo 2 , with intel r hd graphics, pentium dual core 1.9 ghz and 4 gb ram?

    yes at max settings surely.I assume u are having laptop, yes halo 2 can be run at full resolution and ultra graphics settings at fluent 40 fps, I have played with similar laptop 3 yrs back

    Desktop? Or laptop.

    Laptop would be a no, desktop would be with some lag at hd...unless you have a gtx gpu, but your CPU won't be able to handle the high amount of graphical processing for halo
