obama care: does it matter if you are on disability?
My son is on disability . He has a lot of medical issues. He is on medipass its through ssi disability. Will i have to sign. Him on obama. Care instead. Of his medicad? ?

People who have Medicare or Medicaid (or whatever it is called in your state) are exempt from having to sign up for insurance under the ACA.

I dont know what Medipass is but it sounds like a Medicaid plan in your state. You dont have to buy insurance for him if he has Medicaid.
