What if someone with my exact same name claimed my car was his?

This may be a stupid question and maybe I'm missing something obvious but what if someone with my exact same name drove away with my car? And let's say for the sake of argument I never reported it stolen for whatever reason. All my title says is my name and my address and it's not even my correct address because I've moved since I bought the car. Could someone get away with keeping my car and/or selling it? I've Googled my own name and there are dozens of people in this country with my exact same name. I'm in Kentucky if that matters and say it was taken to another state. (This has not happened, btw, it's just one of those weird things you think of at 4 a.m. when you can't sleep.)

Especially if you never reported it and acted like what was supposed to happen, happened, yes, they frankly would probably get away with it.
