My phone isn't getting system updates?
I have an Xperia Z and a couple months ago the microusb jack broke and I didn't fix it. I bought off eBay a genuine dock and ever since everything had been good. Now I heard that the 4.3 update is out. The Sony representatives in my country said I should be getting the update over the site, but for some reason it's not working. Anyone have a solution?

wait till the network is cleared, and then go to your settings, about phone, and there somewhere you will find a update option, hit it !!!

Hi Yotamdo. Software update availability and timing varies depending on operator and/or country. You can check for system updates using the Update Center app or connecting the phone to a computer with PC Companion or Bridge for Mac. However, once updates are available, you will receive a notification from the Update Center app and/or your carrier. - Andrés
