Are humans criminals?
Yes, hundred percent. For example we humans kill millions of live chickens/pigs/lobsters...every day! But on the other hand, these animals just live and enjoy their precious short lifes and they never never want to even hurt us. If we are not the criminals, who are? We may say we don't care however criminals are always ignorant.

I don't know if I would use the word "criminal". I tend to think of us as savages. We wear clothes, we drive automobiles, live in houses, relieve ourselves in nice little rooms with toilets and sinks and hand towels. Because we do these things, we consider ourselves civilized.
However, unlike any other animal species, we mass together and try to obliterate other groups of people, not caring whether we kill their women, babies and children in the process. We do painful experiments with animals to test cosmetics, drugs, and new surgery techniques. We slaughter animals in slaughterhouses in a way that is terrifying and painful to them, even though we do not have to eat animal flesh.
Gandhi once said that " The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.". When you use that standard, I think it could fairly be said that many nations, including ours, have a long way to go in their spiritual evolution. Again, I question our right to call ourselves "civilized". I think it would be more appropriate to refer to ourselves as "technologically advanced savages".

Uhh, personally i think the word criminal is quite imaginary. All humans rules are imaginary (which doesn't mean it's worthless or anything but simply meaning that it only influence us, and nothing else, not the Earth, not nature, not the animals). And those are the rules of things, killing animals I mean, animals live on one another. If you would call a human being criminal because of that then lions are criminals, cats are criminals, all carnivore are criminals. And if we don't kill then we don't have food, that's just the nature of things. And a criminal is not necessarily ignorant, criminal is not a personality it's just a sort of a label for someone that had committed wrong-doing, which could be anyone, and not everyone are ignorant.

The short answer is yes. Man kills for a living. Not just those created for our gluttony, but Man is toxic to every living thing on this planet. Even the planet itself will eventually succumb to our toxic nature. I hate the species of Man for this but I have to admit it is not his fault any more than it is anyone's fault that they are alive. The species of Man was created along with many others in a grand experiment to find creatures that could survive. We were very good at that and now stand alone as the dominant life form on Earth. The problem is no one gave us a manual on what to do now. So, we just chill, sitting around wondering why the hell we're here. Nature made us cause it could. One of the worst reasons to create anything. We have no purpose and languish like a drunken sailor on a weekend binge, afraid to sober up and face the reality that life simply doesn't matter and for all our huffing and puffing, like a bunch of wolves trying to blow little red riding hood's house down when little red riding hood is after all just a fantasy, a delusion in the tortured mind of Man.

I think, May be, NATURE "ITSELF" IS the Criminal, without Knowing the Meaning of the WORD "CRIMINAL".
