I'm doing exercises at the moment to improve my riding muscles for eventing. Your legs don't really need anything if you ride 3-5 times a week, but you can do burpees and squats to maintain them. Your arms and (maybe) core need it.
For the arms, you can do push ups and bench lifts and for the core, you can do push ups, sit ups and plank.
Weights are also good, I don't know about stretch bands, depends how strong they are. I have one that very strong so it takes a lot of effort to pull the two ends up.
Hope this helps and good luck!

The plank, push-ups, going up and down from ur tip toes to flat really fast, squats, walking up and down stairs, sit ups, crunches, "superman" on your back or stomach, leg lifts, table/counter push ups, weight lifting with milk gallon, side plank, etc
