I'm not over weight or anything, but I am currently working on burning some of my belly fat wanting to replac it with muscle. I'm also wanting to tone the rest of my body. I'm working out 3 days a week but planning on upping it to 4 or 5 days.

I'm loking for a good powder powder that can help with muscle growth and to shed some fat. I looked into whey protein and Smoothie King's lean 1.

But my main problem is not knowing which ingredients are good and which ones are bad.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm also a girl if that matters!

I'm making a cake for my moms bday. What I'm wanting to do it this: 2 layers of cake with a strawberry filling in the center (strawberrys, sugar, and cornstarch). I'm going to ice the cake with a chocolate whipped cream icing to keep it light and not to sweet. And on top im going to put the remaining strawberry filling with fresh strawberries.

My question is what kind of cake should I use? I'm doing vanilla, and thinking of doing a sponge cake, but I'm afraid it will get to soggy. I'm making it a day b4 we eat it b/c I have to travel to the party and won't have time to as assemble it there.

Will a sponge cake work or should I do a regular cake instead?

One of my 6th grade classes are having a hard time with finding the area of shapes. When I walk them threw it the can tell me everything and it seams like they get it but when I give the a independent assignment... Well it looks like they don't know what there doing.

I've tried everything but it's not clicking.

Do y'all have any ideas that will help???

I think there problem is that there not looking at there formula charts. I tell them that I want to see the equation for every problem but there still not doing it.

My prom is in may. My bf has already graduated from school, so I'm asking him to my prom! We work at the same place and he is obsessed with cars, so I'm going to make my mangier make him close one night. And I'm going to spell out prom on the side walk leading to his car which will have a big ? mark on it made out of post it notes. I'm so exited to do this!!

I want to do it on valentines day but my prom isn't till May. Is that to early??

I do barrel racing and I would like to build my riding muscles.

I feel like my leg muscles are good, but I would like to maintain them.

I wanna work on my core muscles, and I really need to work on my arm muscles!!

I need at home exersices. I don't gave anny fancy gem memborship or equipment. I have a set of 5lbs weights abd stretch bands (from physical tharapy).

My boyfriend is best friends with this girl that I am friends with. There really close, like brother and sister kind of close. I was cool with it at first, and she introduced me to him. But now I'm starting to feel jealous. She recently broke up with her boyfriend and I feel like she has feeling for my boy now.

I have runners knee (which is a muscle embalance in my knees). Every now and then my knee wil like "lock up" when I bend it (I get a sharp pain when I bend it to walk and sometimes I have a hard time stratening it out). Sometimes I feel like my knee is going to give out on me too.

Will a knee brac help this???

I'm a 18 year old girl. And I get this feeling a lot.

I randomly get very scatter brainy, can't think straight, feel very tensed, and can't process anything.

Someone will tell me something, I can here it, but I just don't process it. I have to sit there and go over it in my head over and over or ask the persons to repeat it.

When I get around people or if it gets really noisy (like that 24/7 at my house) I will shut down (not me at all) and start feeling very tensed and almost confused. I just feel like screaming "shut up" so it will b quiet.

What is causing this???

When I was in elementary school I had a mild case of almost every learning disability there is (ADD, dyslexic, memory loss, and so on) just not bad anuff to b certified as having a learning disability and to get much extra help.

Could that have something do do with it? Please what is causing this?

I have 2 racks one is 3.31 lbs and the other is 3.17 lbs.

I plan on putting a rub on them the morning b4 I cook them n the night b4 I cook them I will let them soak in a braising liquid over night.

I will cook them in the oven until they r fully cooked and then move them on the grill so they can get a smoky taste. I will also put BBQ sauce on them too.

How long should I cook them in the oven and grill?

I found something that says to bake them on 200 degrees for 8 hrs. And put them on the grill for 10 min on both sides. Will that b to long?

My boyfriends bday is coming up... Well actually it's 3 months away, but I want to do some thing cute fun and romantic for him. We have been together for a year. He is good at telling me how he feels about me, I'm really bad at it.

I want to do 20 baloons (that's how old he is going to be) and there going to b his favorite colors. I'm going to put some minny snickers in some of the baloons.

I had a dream that I was pregnant. Then my "dad" was wanting to rape me. The man in the dream wasn't my real dad tho, but I caled him dad in the dream tho. He was wanting to have sex and I refused. I was trying to avoide him and told my brother that if he reaped me to call 911.

I'm leaning how to barrel race and my instructor wants me to get some spurs b/c the horse I ride can be lazy and won't listen sometimes. I looked ar charlottes saddlery and they have 2 kinds of spurs.

They have slip on spurs, which doesn't require the strap, right? And they have a western youth engraved spurs which needs the strap.

My question is, which one is better?

Over the weekend I had some drainage in the back on my throte but no stuffy nose. But I woke up Monday and u was starting to loos my voice my munday night it was gone and all day today it was gone.

I am in high school, so I kinda have to talk to teachers and stuff.
