What kind of protein should I use?
I'm not over weight or anything, but I am currently working on burning some of my belly fat wanting to replac it with muscle. I'm also wanting to tone the rest of my body. I'm working out 3 days a week but planning on upping it to 4 or 5 days.
I'm loking for a good powder powder that can help with muscle growth and to shed some fat. I looked into whey protein and Smoothie King's lean 1.
But my main problem is not knowing which ingredients are good and which ones are bad.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'm also a girl if that matters!
