What should I do to get healthy?
I am about 5'2-5'4 in height, and I am about 165 lbs (yeah I know). I am trying to lose weight and be healthy in general. I have ordered a breville juicer which I will use along with 4 bottles of water to make up the liquid I consume. I also plan on substituting one meal per day with a smoothie from the juicer and using the biggest loser cookbook to make my two meals a day. As for snacks I am looking at health bars and fruits. As for exercise I plan on walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes and steadily working my way up to an hour a day. BTW I'm 13 years old. Anything I should do in addition? Or comments on what I plan to do?

Cardio will help you loose weight. I suggest looking into working your way up to jogging, biking or joining a Zumba/exercise class or getting aerobic videos at home

Just eat less and watch your calorie intake.
