Acidic detergent can remove bore water stains. Just clean the surface and use a non-alkaline detergent to scrub the area beforehand. You might want to dilute the cleanser with up to 25 parts of water but it depends on how bad the stains are and how strong you think you will need it to be. You want to use something with a rough surface to scrub it off. Wear protective clothing and make sure not to get any of this in your eyes! Also the vapours are harmful, so wear a ventilation mask while applying or mixing substances. Good luck! :)
