Leo and Pisces.
Leo - rules the 5th house of love and pleasure, a hopeless romantic, in love with love.
Pisces - always yearning for love, hopeless romantic, always daydreaming about love and romance (especially the forbidden love).
So, someone with Venus in either of these signs and in the 5th house, and especially if Venus makes an aspect to Neptune, would be the most hopeless romantic.

I'm single :] Most likely to date: Scorpio, Pisces, Taurus, Aquarius. I've always been intrigued by Scorpios! I've only met a few but I love their dominating personalities and how they give 1000% in every relationship. Nothing else. Pisces I would enjoy being with because they're very soft-spoken, sensitive, and loving. Taurus, well I know this chic and she's absolutely the most adorable woman I've ever met. She's always smiling, loving life, super friendly, etc. Finally Aquarius, I've only met one girl that I like so far. She's dominant, very sociable, attractive, independent, and we share many similar interests. I would never date a Leo or a Libra. Libra woman I learned alot from as she was very independent and kinda likes things her ways (she loves to preach things, set examples, etc).
