I love it but I could never actually use it. I feel like a lot of people who choose to use the name aren't aware of the book.

Yeeeah, I struggle with that one. Lolita is just a horrible connotation. And it was the name that he called her (and he was the only one to call her that). That's why I think Delores or Lola are still acceptable.

Yes, I know a young couple who named their daughter Lolita. But, I think they spell it Loleta. I think its cute!

It's actually a common name is Latin America and spanish speaking countries.

I think it's a pretty name, but I could never use it because the book ruined its meaning.

I wouldn't use it personally, but there's nothing wrong with it. The nicknames Lola and Lita are so cute.
