What will happen once Syria's chemical arsenal has been disposed of?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-256424...

SAA have been using Sarin and targeted towns and civilians, apparently the basis for these attacks was the systematic targeting of every possible rebel location.

Will the SAA really give up its entire chemical arsenal, whilst clearly being on the defensive? There is no doubt that the government is fighting a lost war.

If so, will UN troops enter Syria under the pretence that the majority of risk will have been eliminated?

The problem is that chemical weapons aren't really that hard to produce. If Syria wants another batch to use, they can throw together a new lab and whip them up pretty quickly.

Which assumes they've actually turned over all of their stock in the first place.

It's all about regime change, imperialism, and destabilization. Are those the same WMD's that were in Iraq? When will you learn that you are lied to in order to continue the conquest of the Middle East?
