No.
Only immediate relatives (parent, spouse, child over 21) can sponsor. The only exception to this is a sibling (brother/sister). In case of a sibling the waiting time is currently 12 to 24 years, depending on the country. If a cousin/uncle/aunt were allowed to sponsor, the waiting time would be about 80 to 100 years.

No. Not even your mom. The only person the sister could sponsor is a sibling and even then it would take at least 12 years until the cousin would get a greencard. That still wouldn't help you at all.

No. Only immediate blood relatives - your parent, sibling, or your adult child over 21 - who is a US citizen & who earns enough to support you can petition for your admission. NO grandparent, aunt/uncle, cousin, etc. Those are too-distantly related to you. Too distantly related to your mom, too.
Depending on your citizenship and relationship to your sponsor, it can take up to 25 years to obtain an immigration visa.

No cousins cannot petition for alien cousins for immigration to the US.
