Can a U.S. citizen travel to Australia with a working holiday visa for New Zealand?
I'm planning on being an Au Pair in New Zealand for 6 months and I was thinking about visiting Australia afterward for a couple of weeks. Can I do that with a working holiday visa for New Zealand or do I need a new visa?

New Zealand visas are only good for travel to New Zealand. If you want to come to Australia for a couple of weeks as a tourist, you will need to get an ETA before you come.

Australia & New Zealand are different countries and have their own specific requirements for entry by aliens. You will need a visa from Australia if you plan to come here.

Seperate countries, therefore you will need seperate visas. It's not like you can visit France and China (or Brazil and Canada or Bhutan and Belize) on the same visa can you?
