He won't just stay for the daughter he is also staying for his girlfriend. He loves them both or he would be gone. I will tell you one thing about a man and that is if he wants to he will!! If he is telling you that he is feeding you a bunch of BS, he has parental rights and she can't just say you cant see your daughter that is illegal unless the court has seen him to be an unfit parent.

Wow, that is a disgusting thing to do to a child. Bribe the father and use the child as a pawn. The mother should lose custody and the father should get his daughter..
