Is Walther p99 paintball gun good or not ?

Walther P99? By RAP? Junk. Well, can't say it's junk, just it's over-priced. TPX or T8.1 is better.

T8.1 is more of a pistol, you may like that more. TPX is slightly larger - still a pistol, but not the most compact.

No paintball gun is good for self defense. Not as accurate, nor as harmful (unless you get someone square in the face, which is difficult regardless, in the heat of the moment).

my god, it hurts me to see the words "Paintball" and "Self Defense" in the same question.... for the self defense part, you can use just about anything for self defense..... even a textbook.....

as for the pistol.... honestly, if you want something for self defense, get yourself a real gun, considering it is made by rap4, it's going to be extremely expensive as well as not really going to hurt the perpetrator as you are shooting .43 caliber paintballs at such low velocity.....

honestly, please.. refrain from using ANY paintball marker as a self defense option... paintball is meant to be fun.... not protective....

if you were wondering if it would play well.... then no, it's a 43 cal, NO ONE uses them.... us paintballers started with .68s cals, we will end the sport using .68s. 43s also don't even hurt at 280 fps.... they are useless, and especially coming from rap4, parts are going to be expensive as heck and hard to find...
