I am running DDR3 1333mhz , Would I notice any improvement if I upgraded to 1600mhz or 1866mhz ram?

No, you wouldn't notice the difference. Only in benchmarks and testing do the differences show up.

No not really... unless your doing something that used RAM speed... but if your talking in terms of loading games or opening programs or something... then no, no you would not. if your looking to improve performance in games or something then I recommend you upgrade your graphics card as thats where you'll notice a bigger performance unless its your CPU thats bottlenecking crap, also upgrading your CPU could help.
now if you are looking to open programs faster or loading games faster then your gonna want to invest in an SSD as that will greatly improve that!
but yea as to RAM... don't bother with it... I use 1333Mhz DDR3 Ram and I'm quite happy with it!

If your front side buss is 1333mhz that's the fastest the memory will run. It doesn't matter what speed RAM you try to use.

If your processor is rated at 1333Mhz, putting in faster memory will have no effect because the faster memory will still operate at 1333Mhz.
